“Violent Attack in Rochester: Woman Assaulted with Machete”

On Tuesday night, a woman in her 20s was seriously injured after being struck with a machete in Rochester, New York. The incident occurred on Cedarwood Terrace, and Rochester police responded to a report of a stabbing at around 8:00 PM. The victim was transported to Rochester General Hospital by a private vehicle.

According to investigators, the woman sustained an upper-body injury from the machete, which was serious but not life-threatening. The police did not provide further details about the nature of the incident or the circumstances surrounding it.

As of now, there are no suspects in custody. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact 911.
